About Varno Fitness
Professional coaching and a plan that respects where you are today. Hybrid training — strength, HIIT and conditioning — builds resilient athletes without sacrificing form or fun.
Our mission
Personal guidance, not a generic template.
At Varno Fitness, we empower you to reach your goals through personalized guidance. Whether you are new, returning from time off, or leveling up, we meet you where you are and build a plan that fits your life.
Conveniently located in Atlantic Highlands with free parking, we coach members from Highlands, Middletown, Red Bank, Rumson, Fair Haven, and across Monmouth County — group fitness, personal training, strength and HIIT for every level.
The Varno standard
How we train together
Six things everyone here signs up for — coaches included.
Start with the assessment
Every athlete, every level, before a first class — so nobody trains cold.
Scale, don't skip
Loads and movements are fit to the person in front of the coach, not the other way round.
Form before load
Technique earns the weight. The coach will slow you down before they let you get hurt.
Show up for each other
Cheer the last finisher. The room is the program.
Coaches know your name
And your history. Say what hurts, say what changed — that is what the plan is built on.
Leave it better
Rack the plates, wipe the bench, respect the space and the people in it.

Ben Isabella
Owner, Level 3 Trainer
My life has changed in so many great ways since leading my first class on July 11, 2011. Before I knew it, on May 1, 2013, I opened up my own facility and began running group classes throughout the day. It is the relationships we build that sustain loyalty over time. I look forward to building that bond and relationship with you.
